Pace International - Return and Exchange Policy
At Pace International, we strive to provide the best products and services to our valued customers. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have outlined our return and exchange policy below:
1. Parcel Inspection:
Upon delivery, please inspect your parcel carefully. If the package appears to be tampered with or damaged, do not accept the parcel and notify us immediately.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement:
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, it is mandatory to record an unboxing video of the product. This video must clearly capture the unsealing of the package, the condition of the product, and any issues observed, as it serves as proof of the product's condition at the time of receipt. No return or exchange will be accepted without this unboxing video.
In the absence of an unboxing video, we reserve the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis. If we choose to proceed without video evidence, only 40% of the product's value will be credited to the customer as a partial refund. Please note that acceptance of requests without an unboxing video is not guaranteed.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, compression tights, kabaddi shorts, and socks are non-returnable. However, in the rare instance of a manufacturing defect or damage, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss any such concerns.
4. Condition of Returned Items:
For any product to be eligible for return or exchange, it must meet the following conditions:
- Product tags must be intact and attached as received.
- The product must be unused and unwashed
- Any product showing signs of wear, alteration, or washing will not be accepted for return or exchange.
5. Timeframe for Returns/Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted within the timeframe specified on the product page of each item. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be entertained.
6. Non-Returnable Offers/Free Gifts:
Items purchased during special offers or promotions, as well as free gift items, are non-returnable.
7. Return/Exchange Process:
Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up and notify you via WhatsApp.
- Return/Refund Process: This process may take up to 15-20 days.
- Exchange Process: Exchanges may take up to 10-15 days.
8. Shipping Costs:
We typically arrange reverse pickup for returns and exchanges. In extreme situations where this may not be possible, we may ask you to courier the product to us. In such cases, we will reimburse the courier charges up to a maximum of ₹150.
